Interested in giving race walking a try?

You are invited to drop-in on any Wednesday evening workout or the first Saturday of the month workout.

The Wednesday evening and  first Saturday of the month workouts start at the Ottawa U Sports Centre and the outdoor workout lasts for 90 minutes. Please remember to dress appropriately!

Wednesday evening workouts start at 6:30pm and the Saturday morning workout starts at 8:30am. NOTE: Saturday starting location is subject to change.

  • Club coaches are on hand to teach you the race walking technique in four easy steps.
  • There is a $5.00 charge per drop-in to a maximum of 4 drop-ins.
